The entire process can last anywhere from 1 month to 12 months. It all depends on the injury, its severity and the speed at which your body recovers.

Phase 1: Initial Assessment & Evaluation
The assessment and consultation is a ‘fact-finding mission’ in which all the necessary factors relating to the injury are discussed, measured and compiled into a summary of findings that will guide the rehabilitation process.

The induction phase is used to educate and empower our patient about their custom rehabilitation process, demonstrate scientifically supported exercises, and provide further advice on injury management. This phase is also used to test and adjust the appropriate load applications to ensure an effective training prescription.

Induction typically lasts between 4 to 6 sessions depending on individual patient needs.
Phase 3: The Road To Recovery
The final stage of rehabilitation is broken down into various phases which consists of a series of supervised exercise sessions. During these sessions, our qualified Biokineticists will ensure each exercise is performed with precise form and the appropriate load. To get the most benefit out of this phase we recommend 2-3 sessions/week, and each stage lasts 4-6 weeks.
Once measurable outcomes are achieved, you will graduate to the next phase where new goals are set, and exercises are progressed. Once the final goals are met we consider the intervention successful, i.e. You are recovered!
