I first approached Fayaadh to help me overcome a running injury in 2014. When I went for my assessment, I am sure he was in awe that I could even run as I had no balance (I had a stroke in 2012), non-existent glutes and no core strength, amongst many other problems.
I now have glutes and core strength, my hips work in unison and I can balance single-legged on a ball. I can hop on and off pavements without killing myself and my running and overall posture have improved immeasurably.
My hour spent with him weekly ensures that I maintain what he has taught me and is more a workout than what I would ever do in a gym. Yes, after all these years, I still go to him weekly! I highly recommend that if you have an injury, try a biokineticist and Fayaadh is a definite go-to.
